Reinicia el servidor · no uses Microsoft Edge ni como predeterminado · desinstala los updates · borra los archivos .stu del mailbox y reinstala en Communication.

Restart the server · do not use Microsoft Edge, and do not leave it as your default browser · uninstall the updates · delete the .stu files from the mailbox and reinstall under Communication.
