Summary, con 3 columnas:
💡 Si
Actual sale en
$0.00 y abajo dice
«There are no disbursement details for this record», todavía
Taxpayer Disbursement Change Form (vea

🇺🇸 🏦 EPS bank: look up a bank product and see what was paid
In your EPS bank account you can look up
every bank product you transmitted and see
what has been paid: to the taxpayer, to you, and the fees. It helps, for example, when
the client says the refund never arrived or when
the account number was entered wrong.
1️⃣ Log in to the bankGo to
www.epsfinancial.net/direct with your
EFIN and password. First time? See
how to log in →2️⃣ Look up the taxpayer- In the left menu (or in the Tax box on the Home page), click Search Applications.
- Search by the taxpayer's SSN, EFIN or last name and click 🔍.
- You'll see the date, the type (e.g. Direct Deposit) and the status (e.g. Approved). Click the arrow › to open it.
3️⃣ See what was paid: “Disbursements → Summary”Further down is the
Summary table, with 3 columns:
- Expected: what's expected.
- Actual: what has been paid.
- Difference: what's still missing.
The most important lines:
- Federal Funding / State Funding: the refund the bank received from the IRS and the state.
- Preparer: your preparation fees.
- Service Bureau Fees: your SB Fee + your OWH (shown together).
- Transmitter Fees, Bank Product Fees, EFile Fees: transmission and bank charges.
- Taxpayer: the taxpayer's portion.
💡 If
Actual shows
$0.00 and below it says
“There are no disbursement details for this record”,
nothing has been paid yet on that return.
4️⃣ If the taxpayer's account is wrongOn the same screen, below the account details, click
Request Disbursement Change and follow the steps. There is also the
Taxpayer Disbursement Change Form (see
the bank's forms →).
📌 This only applies to money that goes through the
bank product. If the state or IRS refund was deposited
directly (without the EPS bank), the bank doesn't handle it.
