🔎 El Knowledge Base de TaxWise — cómo buscar usted mismo la respuesta

TaxWise tiene su propia base de conocimiento, con miles de artículos de errores, rejects y procedimientos. Muchas veces la respuesta está ahí y se resuelve en un minuto, sin esperar en el teléfono.

☁️ Si usa UpTaxWise ONLINE — lo tiene dentro del programa
No hace falta salir ni entrar a ningún sitio: en el Dashboard, bajando un poco por la columna de la izquierda, está el bloque «Search Knowledgebase». Escriba ahí lo que le pasa (por ejemplo reject F1040-164 o print check) y dele a Search.
💡 En esa misma columna están también el chat de soporte técnico y el enlace del grupo de WhatsApp de Client Support de UpTax.

💻 Si usa DESKTOP — se entra por el Solution Center
1. Vaya a support.taxwise.com y haga login.
2. Use la barra «Search our Knowledge Base» que sale en el centro de la página.
3. Ahí mismo tiene además: Downloads (programa, estados, bancos), Training (los Learning Portals, en español e inglés), el chat con un experto de CCH y abrir un caso de soporte.

🔐 ¿Y si no se acuerda de la contraseña?
⭐ Si es la PRIMERA vez que entra, la contraseña es el Registration Code del año actual. Si no se lo acepta tal cual, pruebe sin las rayitas (sin los guiones).
👉 Y es la misma contraseña para el Solution Center y para TaxWise Online: si la cambia en uno, queda cambiada en el otro.
Para resetearla, en support.taxwise.com está el TaxWise Password Center (support.taxwise.com/home/TWPasswordCenter), con opciones separadas para el Support Site, el Desktop y el Online.
Si aun así no puede entrar, llame al Tech Support: 1-877-896-4863 (se habla español) y tenga a mano su Client ID.
📌 El usuario Admin es el que puede crear y arreglar los demás usuarios, desde Manage Users.

💡 Consejo: busque con el número del reject o con el mensaje de error tal cual sale, no con una descripción. Así se encuentra mucho más rápido.

🇺🇸 🔎 The TaxWise Knowledge Base — how to find the answer yourself

TaxWise has its own knowledge base with thousands of articles on errors, rejects and procedures. Very often the answer is right there and you solve it in a minute, without waiting on the phone.

☁️ If you use UpTaxWise ONLINE — it is inside the program
You do not have to go anywhere: on the Dashboard, scrolling down the left column, there is a “Search Knowledgebase” box. Type what is happening (for example reject F1040-164 or print check) and click Search.
💡 That same column also has the technical support chat and the link to the UpTax Client Support WhatsApp group.

💻 If you use DESKTOP — you get in through the Solution Center
1. Go to support.taxwise.com and log in.
2. Use the “Search our Knowledge Base” bar in the middle of the page.
3. The same page also gives you Downloads (program, states, banks), Training (the Learning Portals, in English and Spanish), chat with a CCH expert and open a support case.

🔐 What if you forgot your password?
⭐ If this is your FIRST time signing in, the password is the current year's Registration Code. If it is not accepted as-is, try it without the dashes.
👉 And it is the same password for the Solution Center and for TaxWise Online: change it in one and it changes in the other.
To reset it, support.taxwise.com has the TaxWise Password Center (support.taxwise.com/home/TWPasswordCenter), with separate options for the Support Site, Desktop and Online.
If you still cannot get in, call Tech Support: 1-877-896-4863 (Spanish spoken) and have your Client ID handy.
📌 The Admin user is the one who can create and fix the other users, from Manage Users.

💡 Tip: search using the reject number or the error message exactly as it appears, not a description. You will find it much faster.
