'List index out of bound (0)' (al crear un e-file)

Error

TaxWise Desktop:

Clic derecho al ícono de TaxWise → Open File Location.
Clic derecho al archivo SubmissionID.YY (YY = año del programa) → Open → Select a program from a list → OK → Notepad → OK.
Si el archivo sale EN BLANCO: ciérralo y renómbralo a SubmissionID.YY.old.
Si NO está en blanco: ciérralo, abre TaxWise → Tools > Utilities/Setup Assistant → Setup > Setup Assistant → General Options → en Current MeF Submission ID escribe un número que no se haya usado (ej. 1000) → Next → Save and Close.

Right-click the TaxWise icon → Open File Location.
Right-click the SubmissionID.YY file (YY = program year) → Open → Select a program from a list → OK → Notepad → OK.
If the file is EMPTY: close it and rename it to SubmissionID.YY.old.
If it is NOT empty: close it, open TaxWise → Tools > Utilities/Setup Assistant → Setup > Setup Assistant → General Options → under Current MeF Submission ID type a number that has not been used (e.g. 1000) → Next → Save and Close.
