Usted decide
Total charges by form y
Total fees.
⚠️
·
Discount — tipo y porcentaje o cantidad.
·
Sales tax, si en su estado aplica.
·

🇺🇸 Set your own prices: charging by form in UpTaxWise
You decide
what you charge for each form and you type it
once in the program. From then on, on every return the program
adds up the forms that were used and builds the invoice with that total.
💻 In UpTaxWise DESKTOPPrices live on the
Price form (
List of Fees): in the forms tree,
Misc. Forms → Price.
Type what you charge next to each form (1040, Schedule A, Schedule C, each state, each W-2…). When you prepare a return, the program
only adds the forms that were used.
⭐ To have those prices
already there on every new return, save them inside your
Tax Form Defaults.
📄 How to build the Defaults and push them to ALL your users →☁️ In UpTaxWise ONLINEIt is done through
Return Templates: build your template with the forms and prices you want, then
assign it to your users.
📄 Create and assign Return Templates →🧾 What shows on the invoiceThe invoice lists
the forms used on that return with the price of each one, then
Total charges by form and
Total fees.
⚠️
Watch this: a form you left at
$0 still shows on the invoice…
with no price. The client sees all the work that was done and sees it was not charged.
Make sure none of the forms you actually work is left at zero.➕ The Price screen does more than people use·
Total charges by time — minutes × an hourly rate, for the case that takes twice as long.
·
Discount — type and percentage or amount. ⭐ Useful to
raise the list price and show the discount: the client
sees what they are being given, which lands much better than simply lowering the price.
·
Sales tax, if your state applies it.
·
ePayment —
