Reset del MFA / dispositivo

Desktop
1️⃣ Admin:
  1. Escribe mal el password.
  2. Di que quieres reset.
  3. Ingresa la info del email del programa.
  4. Reset Device.
2️⃣ Usuarios:
  1. Tools → Utilities/Setup Assistant → Setup Assistant → Group and Users.
  2. View/Edit.
  3. Reset Device.
Si no funciona, Tech Support.

🇺🇸 MFA / device reset

1️⃣ Admin:
  1. Type the password wrong on purpose.
  2. Say you want a reset.
  3. Enter the information from the program email.
  4. Reset Device.
2️⃣ Users:
  1. Tools → Utilities/Setup Assistant → Setup Assistant → Group and Users.
  2. View/Edit.
  3. Reset Device.
If that does not work, call Tech Support.
