General
En el
Solution Center de TaxWise puede ver
Online.
1️⃣ Entrar al Solution Center- Entre a support.taxwise.com y dele a Log in.
- Escoja TaxWise (Sign in with your Client ID) y dele a Continue.
Important Links y dele a
Return Query.
· O en el menú de arriba:
Product Support → E-File → Check status of an e-File.
3️⃣ BuscarEscriba el
SSN o EIN del contribuyente (
Enter SSN/EIN), escoja el año en
Tax year to search y dele a
SEARCH.
·
Package — qué se transmitió:
US 1040 es el federal;
NJ 1040,
CA 540… son los estados.
·
Period — el año.
·
Product — TaxWise Online o Desktop.
·
Status —
Accepted o
Rejected.
·
·
General Information — en tres columnas:
Return Information (tipo de declaración, año, Prep Fees, EIC, reembolso federal o estatal, EfileID) ·
E-File Information (EFile Status, Refund Method, Received by EFC, Sent to IRS, Ack from IRS) ·
Not Applied For.
·
·

fecha, su
código (por ejemplo IND-181-01) y el
mensaje del IRS que explica qué falló.

🇺🇸 🔎 Return Query: check whether a return was transmitted and accepted
In the TaxWise
Solution Center you can see
every e-file transmitted for a taxpayer (federal, state, extension, amendment), whether it was
Accepted or
Rejected, and when TaxWise received it. It works for both
Desktop and
Online.
1️⃣ Log in to the Solution Center- Go to support.taxwise.com and click Log in. (The page opens as support.cch.com: it is the same site.)
- Choose TaxWise (Sign in with your Client ID) and click Continue.
- Enter your Client ID, Username and password.
2️⃣ Open Return Query — two ways:
· On the home page, scroll down to the tabs at the bottom, open
Important Links and click
Return Query.
· Or from the top menu:
Product Support → E-File → Check status of an e-File.
3️⃣ SearchType the taxpayer's
SSN or EIN (
Enter SSN/EIN), pick the year in
Tax year to search and click
SEARCH.
4️⃣ What you see — one line per e-file:
·
Package — what was transmitted:
US 1040 is the federal return;
NJ 1040,
CA 540… are state returns.
·
Period — the tax year.
·
Product — TaxWise Online or Desktop.
·
Status —
Accepted or
Rejected.
·
Received by EFC — date and time TaxWise received the e-file. ⚠️
It is not the refund deposit date.·
Select — opens the detail for that e-file (step 5).
💡 If nothing comes up, check that the SSN and the year are typed correctly. If they are, that return may
not have been transmitted: create the e-file again and send it.
5️⃣ The detail (Select) — there are 3 sections on the left:
·
General Information — three columns:
Return Information (return type, year, Prep Fees, EIC, federal or state refund, EfileID) ·
E-File Information (EFile Status, Refund Method, Received by EFC, Sent to IRS, Ack from IRS) ·
Bank Products (bank, bank product status, disbursement method, and deposit dates and amounts: Fee, IRS and state). With no bank product it says
Not Applied For.
·
Disbursements — the bank disbursements: Auth #, type, check number, amount, whether it Cleared, Bank Verified or Bank Void.
·
Reject History — each rejection with its
date, its
code (for example IND-181-01) and the
