☁️ TaxWise Online lento o no funciona bien — y la pestaña «Send Create Failed»
Online
- Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- En Time range escoja All time.
- Marque Browsing history, Cookies and other site data y Cached images and files, y presione Clear data.
- Privacy, search, and services → en Clear browsing data, presione Choose what to clear.
- Time range: All time, las mismas tres casillas, y Clear now.
- Arriba, Tax Returns → pestaña Send Create Failed.

🇺🇸 ☁️ TaxWise Online slow or not working right — and the «Send Create Failed» tab
When
TaxWise Online is slow, does not load right or something does not work, remember it is a
web program: it is almost always the
internet or the
browser. Check in this order:
1️⃣ Your internet- Open another website: if it does not load either, it is your internet.
- If you want, run a speed test.
- If your internet is fine and Online still fails, call Tech Support (1-877-896-4863).
2️⃣ The browser- Use Google Chrome (the one TaxWise recommends), Microsoft Edge or Safari, up to date.
- The browser zoom must be at 100%. If it is larger, parts of the screen or of the reports may be missing.
- A screen of at least 1024 × 768.
3️⃣ Clear cookies and cache (if it is slow or something does not work and your internet is fine)
In Chrome:- The three dots at the top right → Settings.
- Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- In Time range choose All time.
- Check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click Clear data.
- Close the browser completely, reopen it and log back in to TaxWise Online.
In Edge:- The three dots → Settings.
- Privacy, search, and services → under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
- Time range: All time, the same three boxes, and Clear now.
- Close the browser, reopen it and log back in.
4️⃣ The «Send Create Failed» tabIf your internet dropped while transmitting, the returns that did not go through stay there.
- At the top, Tax Returns → the Send Create Failed tab.
- If there are any, check for special characters or fields longer than 30 characters in the payer fields of the W-2s and 1099s.
- Recreate the e-file and transmit it again.
💡 Check that tab from time to time, so no return you thought was transmitted is left behind.
