Training: practicar en TaxWise Online y Desktop

☁️ EN ONLINE
TaxWise Online tiene un sitio aparte de Training para practicar: sirve para aprender el programa o entrenar a sus empleados sin mezclarlo con sus declaraciones reales. Lo que se hace en Training no aparece en su programa de verdad (allí la lista de Tax Returns sale vacía).

1️⃣ Cómo entrar
  1. Abra twonline-training-25.taxwise.com. El 25 es el año del programa (2025); cuando salga el 2026 será -26.
  2. Entre con su mismo Client ID, usuario y password del programa Online.
2️⃣ Cómo saber que está en Training
Arriba a la derecha dice Training Tax Year 2025 (en el programa real dice solo Tax Year 2025), y la dirección empieza con twonline-training.

3️⃣ Sus Return Templates en Training
Los templates no pasan solos. En el programa real: Settings → Return Templates → presione la bolita del mundo 🌐 (Publish) del template → OK en Publish return template … to training?. Desde ese momento el template sale también en Training.

💻 EN DESKTOP
En la pantalla de Login, en la lista de User Name, además de Admin y Guest aparece el usuario Training. Escójalo para practicar: entra sin password y sin código del autenticador.

🇺🇸 Training: practice in TaxWise Online and Desktop

☁️ IN ONLINE
TaxWise Online has a separate Training site to practice: use it to learn the program or train your staff without mixing it with your real returns. What you do in Training does not show in your real program (there, the Tax Returns list is empty).

1️⃣ How to get in
  1. Open twonline-training-25.taxwise.com. The 25 is the program year (2025); when 2026 comes out it will be -26.
  2. Sign in with your same Client ID, username and password from the Online program.
2️⃣ How to know you are in Training
At the top right it says Training Tax Year 2025 (the real program says just Tax Year 2025), and the address starts with twonline-training.

3️⃣ Your Return Templates in Training
Templates do not carry over on their own. In the real program: Settings → Return Templates → click the template's globe 🌐 (Publish) → OK on Publish return template … to training?. From then on the template also shows in Training.

💻 IN DESKTOP
On the Login screen, in the User Name list, besides Admin and Guest there is a Training user. Pick it to practice: it logs in with no password and no authenticator code.
