TWO MFA Error: "There was a problem redirecting you to the MFA service"
Error
Causa: no se entró un número de teléfono válido. Solución: en support.taxwise.com/home → login Admin → Manage Users → Edit (Admin) → escribe el celular en Mobile y marca Use as 2-step verification + como preferido. Si el teléfono está bien y sigue el error: habilita 2-Step en TWO 2023 (twonline-23.taxwise.com) o en el Solution Center. (KB 000283192)
🇺🇸 TWO MFA Error: "There was a problem redirecting you to the MFA service"
Cause: no valid phone number was entered. Fix: go to support.taxwise.com/home → log in as Admin → Manage Users → Edit (Admin) → type the cell number under Mobile and check Use as 2-step verification and set it as preferred. If the phone is correct and the error continues: enable 2-Step in TWO 2023 (twonline-23.taxwise.com) or in the Solution Center. (KB 000283192)
